Downloading User and Device Lists

Overview

Site Admins can download CSV files containing a list of registered users and devices installed with LanSchool Air. This allows Site Admins the ability to review and manage which devices are consuming licenses and which users are using LanSchool Air.

Downloading Device List

  1. As a Site Admin, log into LanSchool Air.
  2. Click on the menu at the top left and go to LanSchool Air Settings.



  3. Click on Students. 



  4. Click on Download below the search bar.



  5. Click Download on the prompt to download a CSV file of provisioned student devices.



Downloading User List

  1. As a Site Admin, log into LanSchool Air.
  2. Click on the menu at the top left and go to LanSchool Air Settings.



  3. Click on People.



  4. Click on Download below the search bar. 



  5. Click Download on the prompt to download a CSV file of registered users in your LanSchool Air organization.
