Accessing Teacher Usage Reports

Overview

Usage Reports preserves a 45 day record of the number of teachers using LanSchool Air, how many class sessions were started, the amount of time spent in class and the average amount of time in class. Usage Reports allows LanSchool Air admins to ensure that teachers are actively engaging with students in online lessons.

Accessing Usage Reports

LanSchool Air Site Admins can access Usage Reports.
  1. As a Site Admin, log into LanSchool Air.
  2. Click on the menu at the top left and click on Reports.



  3. Click on Usage Reports.



  4. LanSchool Air will display a summary of activity that reflects the date range selected. The default date range is 7 days.
    1. Number of instructors using LanSchool Air.
    2. Number of class sessions started.
    3. Average time spent in class.



  5. The table below reflects the data range selected.
    1. User- The instructor's name and email.
    2. Class Sessions- Number of class sessions the instructor started.
    3. Time in Class (Total)- Total amount of time the instructor has spent in their LanSchool Air classes.
    4. Time in Class (Avg.)- Average amount of time the instructor has spent in their LanSchool Air classes.



  6. Click Download search results to export the data to a CSV format.
  7. To search for an instructor, enter the instructor's name or email address at the top, select your date range and click Search.
