If you need help with the headset or anything non-LanSchool Air related, please contact the Lenovo Integrated Solution Support center. 
Before contacting Lenovo, record your product information and problem details. 
To contact the Lenovo Integrated Solution Support center:
  1. Verify warranty entitlement by using Mirage VR S3 serial number at https://support.lenovo.com
  2. Once the warranty is verified, you will have the options to select one of the following
    1. Call the telephone number displayed
    2. Submit an eTicket.
