Switch Organizations

LanSchool Air switches to the selected organization. You may be prompted to sign into the other organization.

Note: Your default organization is the first organization created with your email address. You cannot change your default organization.

Troubleshooting

Why can't I see another organization in the drop-down menu?

Your email address must be associated with the organization you want to access.

1. Confirm that you are signed in with the correct email address.
2. Contact the Site Admin for the organization you want to access and ask them to verify your account access.
3. If the organization should be available but does not appear, contact LanSchool Air Support for assistance.

Can I change my default organization?

No. Your default organization is the first organization created with your email address, and it cannot be changed.

Why do I see another school's organization or licenses when I open LanSchool Air?

If you purchased LanSchool Air licenses for your school but see another school's organization or licenses, you may be accessing a different organization than the one intended for your purchase.

To resolve the issue:

1. Sign in to LanSchool Air.
2. Click your initials in the upper-right corner.
3. If multiple organizations are listed, select the organization that belongs to your school.
4. Verify that you are viewing the correct organization's classes and settings.

If your school's organization is missing or the wrong licenses still appear:

• Contact your Site Admin to verify that your account has access to the correct organization.
• If you purchased licenses for your school but the order link opens another school's organization or displays its licenses, contact LanSchool Support or your LanSchool sales representative to verify the license assignment and order details.

Important: Switching organizations only changes the organization you are viewing. It does not transfer licenses or correct a licensing assignment.

If the issue is urgent and teachers cannot access the software, include your school's name, the order details, and the name of the organization displayed so the issue can be investigated promptly.

What should I do if I am invited to another LanSchool Air organization?

If you already have a LanSchool Air account with one organization and receive an invitation to join another organization, you must completely sign out of your existing LanSchool Air account before accepting the new invitation.

Follow these steps:

1. Sign out of your current LanSchool Air organization.
2. Verify that you are completely logged out of LanSchool Air.
3. Open the invitation email for the new organization.
4. Click the invitation link and follow the instructions to accept the invitation.

Important: Do not accept the invitation while you are still signed in to your existing LanSchool Air organization. Signing out first helps ensure the invitation is processed for the intended organization.

If the invitation still opens the wrong organization or you cannot access the new organization after accepting the invitation, contact LanSchool Air Support for assistance.
